COURTESY POST: Smokey is a 1 year old Pit Bull Terrier Mix with a wonderful disposition. He is great with people and is very gentle with kids. He knows to calm down around the baby in his current home. Smokey does well at the dog park, but doesn’t seem to be fond of certain other large male dogs that he doesn’t already know.
Smokey is a typical dog who loves any exercise, and playing with toys is a plus! He is smart and knows commands such as “sit,” and “give paw” but would benefit from additional training, such as polishing his leash-walking manners. Smokey is also a good cuddler and believes he is a lap dog! He loves to be near you and gives kisses. 💜
Unfortunately, Smokey needs a new home due to a change in the number of adults in the household to care for him, and not having adequate time for him with a new baby.
Smokey is a microchipped, house-trained neutered male with up-to-date vaccinations. He would be good in a home with children.
