Cecil (Phantom) is a very sweet and sociable 2 yr old Pit bull mix. He loves any activity in the company of people, and appears to be fine with other dogs as well! Cecil walks very well on a leash, and is most well behaved!
Like many rescue dogs, Cecil had a difficult start in life. According the shelter that he came from, his owner had lost him and spent the next 9 months tracking him down from place to place before getting a new dog. During that time, Cecil had been given away, lost, and ended up in jail before being taken to the shelter. Although the shelter contacted the owner – who did come to see him – she couldn't take him home because she already had another dog.
We are hoping to find someone to give this special boy a loving, permanent home.
