Grant is a 4 ½ year old pup in need of a FUREVER HOME!He is a fantastic pup who's original owner could not keep him due to their personal circumstances. A family friend has temporarily taken him in – without hesitation – and says he has done fantastically and knows that Grant will make someone very happy.
His person says he is "Total goofball," playful, and will make you smile every day! Grant is very food motivated and loves to be spoiled with people-food. He loves his humans, but timid around new people; taking a little time to warm up (yummy treats help!). With other dogs, Grant is friendly 1-to-1, but is scared in a large group of dogs such as a dog park - though he has had no altercations with other dogs.
He also has always been a bit skiddish around objects (like brooms) and will hide under the table when afraid. Grant is house trained (crated when he was younger, which he did not like), and is NOT destructive while out of the crate. He would do best with a normal schedule of sleep, play, eating, and exercise in a home with loving humans who will show him that new humans are okay too!
Grant is a house-trained, neutered male with up-to-date vaccinations.
