Logan is a 2 year old, 65 pound Pit bull terrier and American Bully mix looking for his forever home. He was an emaciated stray found in Prince George's County but has now left that old life behind!
Logan has proven himself to be very trainable. He is learning “sit,” “wait,” “down,” “leave-it,” and “kennel,” and is also getting good at walking on a leash and potty-training. He loves all toys, being out in the yard (even in the rain), and having bully bones to chew on. With the amount of energy he has, ‘tether-ball’ has become one of Logan’s favorite yard exercises – you wouldn’t believe how he can chase that ball around!
He is people-friendly but can get over excited so, an experienced family – willing and capable of handling his training and size – would be ideal. Since Logan is still timid, he may need a little encouragement to follow where you want him to go, and does best with dogs that are more socialized. Logan is a neutered male with up to date vaccinations. He would be good in a home with socialized dogs and older children.
