Snuffy
Snuffy (aka, Lisa) is a 1 year old Pit Bull Terrier and American Staffordshire Terrier Mix who has been specifically trained to assist individuals with anxiety and/or sensory needs. What a happy, bouncy girl! And with one half blue/half brown eye she is absolutely stunning. She likes to play fetch, loves treats and loves to be with her person!
Snuffy joined AAHA from PG county as a stray and did so well on her temperament test that 'Taking the Lead' offered her special training. She would be able to help someone with autism or PTSD. She is looking to develop a partnership with someone who needs her to respond when they feel upset. Snuffy would also love to do agility with her new partner in life. Snuffy is a house-trained, spayed female with up to date vaccinations. She would be good in a home with other dogs.
