Cooper
COURTESY POST: Cooper was left when Julie's neighbors moved out. She took him in to avoid that he goes to the shelter. The vet thinks that he is between 2 and 3 years old. His weight is about 90-100 lbs. He is great with kids but is not aware of his full strength. He wants to play but must be careful of the power he has. He loves plastic bottles and squeaky toys. He love playing tug of war with socks and ropes.
Cooper just wants to play! He would do well with a fenced in yard and another young dog, his size, to play with. Not sure about cats for he has never been around them long term but from prior experience he did well with a few kittens when introduced during a visit. He was of course curious, but he would go up to them slowly, sniff them and nuzzle them, never in any way trying to harm them. The neighbor girls would take them out and hold them up to Cooper’s nose and he was great with them.
Julie wants to see him happy and in the current situation (rents small space), she doesn't feel he is as happy as he could be. He needs to be able to run and spend some of that energy he has.
